Willingness was never the problem

The alert arrives late, or never
A photo in a group of a thousand people is not an alert. Nobody knows who is nearby or who already went.

Everyone sees exactly what they need to do their part.
Neighbour
Flags a lost animal or one that needs help, finds clinics nearby, follows the map and the neighbourhood feed, and chats with the rescuer who took the case.
Rescuer
Gets proximity alerts, taps “I’m going”, logs the rescue, and refers to a registered clinic.
Clinic
Receives referrals, treats, files medical records, and runs its schedule from the web dashboard.
Moderation
Reviews flagged reports, hides content, and suspends abusive accounts.

Frequently asked questions
Is the app free for people who report?
Yes. Reporting, browsing the map, and chatting cost nothing, and that is not planned to change: without neighbours reporting there is no network.
How are the alerted rescuers chosen?
By geographic proximity. The backend computes which rescuers fall inside the report’s radius and pushes them; if their app is open, the case shows up straight on the map.
Can I keep my pet’s medical record?
Yes. Every vaccine, check-up, or treatment the clinic files is dated on the animal’s record and you see it in the app, without asking anyone for it.
How do the reminders work?
When the clinic files something with a next date (a vaccine, a check-up), the app pushes you before it is due. Nothing to schedule by hand.
What happens to the data of treated animals?
The medical record belongs to the clinic that files it. The owner sees a summary and their reminders in the app; nothing is published to the feed.
What state is the project in?
The mobile app is in development with the report and rescue loop working, and the clinic dashboard is at this stage running on demonstration data.
