Data we collect
Email and name on sign-up; approximate location only when you file a report; photos you upload; and, if you run a clinic, the clinic details and the medical records you file.
What we use it for
To show nearby reports, alert rescuers by proximity, enable chat between the people involved, and send check-up reminders. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
A report’s location is visible to rescuers in the area and to the clinic that receives the referral. Medical records are visible to the clinic that filed them and to the animal’s owner. None of that is published to the feed.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by writing to the contact address. Medical records are kept for as long as the clinic is legally required to keep them.
